After I applied to a generic posting on the recruitment site, it took a bit—about two months—before HR reached out.

The first interview with HR felt quick and kind, very much in a classic screening style. A few days later, I moved into in-person meetings with managers.

I spoke with two managers covering two different posts, and those sessions were about two hours each. The conversations were very welcoming and didn’t feel like there were hidden traps. The overall experience gave me the impression they were more interested in understanding my fit than trying to catch me off guard.
