I applied and then went straight into an interview without any kind of task or game beforehand.

The interview itself covered competency-based questions and my technical attributes, and it also included the usual personal side like hobbies and general personality.

What I remember most was the feeling that it was straightforward: they didn’t overload me with extra steps before speaking to me, and it was focused on how I answered across both behavioral and technical dimensions. It wasn’t the kind of process that tried to make things complicated before the interview even began.
