MBDA Software Engineer interview experience

The first technical conversation was with the project manager for the role, and the second was with their superior. The HR interview was classic, with questions about my background plus how I handle difficult situations and general aptitudes.

For the technical parts, the conversation leaned more toward the projects I’d already worked on, the experiences behind them, and the technical skills connected to those stories. What mattered most in my head was that I’d looked into the company in detail beforehand, because the flow felt like it rewarded that kind of familiarity.
