I went through a short sequence that started with an HR interview remotely, and then moved into a technical discussion with the tutor from a stage context.

In that technical part, I gave a presentation of the mission and then answered a handful of general questions about the subject to confirm my understanding.

The whole thing was quite fast-paced in terms of scheduling and responsiveness, and it felt like they were trying to quickly validate both my communication and my baseline knowledge. There wasn’t a long, drawn-out maze of steps—more like a compact screening.

I didn’t receive an offer from that process, but it left me with the impression that the main focus was straightforward: demonstrate the mission awareness and show the knowledge fit.
