Mavenir Software Engineer interview experience

The screening felt relatively basic and straightforward in format, and the Linux commands portion was the kind of topic that set the expectations early.

After the assessment, I moved into technical and interview rounds where a lot of the questions were pulled from my resume. In my technical interview, the interviewer heavily anchored on my background and how I approached what I’d listed, rather than keeping everything abstract. I also remember some of the evaluation centered on how much I had researched about the company.

At the end of the technical sequence, there was an HR round as well.
