My interview process started with coding and technical questions tied to what I’d be building, but the themes were fairly specific.

In the first round, I got questions that were described as similar to channel estimation and RAN. The format was technical right away rather than just a general conversation.

In the next round, I shifted into higher-level technical questions. The contrast between the first and second stage was noticeable: the first round focused more on concrete technical topics, and then the follow-up went broader in depth.

I didn’t receive an offer, but it felt like a coherent two-step evaluation that tried to measure both hands-on understanding and higher-level thinking within the same domain.
