Mavenir Software Engineer interview experience

BengaluruPosted May 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process was scheduled online for about an hour, and from the start it didn’t feel professionally handled.

The interviewer seemed rule-bound and visibly frustrated internally, and the interaction turned into shouting and inappropriate behavior.

It completely changed the tone of the interview—what should’ve been a normal evaluation just felt messy and uncomfortable. I remember being thrown off not by the difficulty of the questions, but by the way the call itself was conducted.

There also wasn’t any helpful response afterward, including from HR. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the whole experience left me with the feeling that the process was poorly managed rather than simply competitive.
