I had two Zoom interviews that felt like they were with almost the same panel each time.

After a short discussion over the phone, the Zoom panels came about two weeks apart, so the timeline moved steadily without dragging.

Both interviews leaned into my previous work and how it would translate into the role. The context was the DMS department, and they also provided clear information about the role and what they expected from me.

The interviewers were friendly and the overall tone stayed positive. I didn’t get an offer, but it wasn’t due to any chaotic process—more that the decision didn’t go in my favor after those two rounds.
