Manulife Business Analyst interview experience

The director didn’t show up, and one of the managers was lagging in and out during the session. I wasn’t overly hung up on the scheduling problems themselves, but what I couldn’t accept was the total lack of feedback afterward.

Afterwards, I reached out to the recruiting manager to ask for feedback, and I never heard back even a month later. That left me questioning whether they properly graded my interview or how they decided between candidates.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest sting wasn’t rejection—it was being left in the dark with zero closure.
