Manulife Business Analyst interview experience

The first question was a self-introduction, and then we moved into relevant experience from my background. The pacing was quick, which made it important to be clear and direct.

What surprised me was that there were a few math questions that required quick thinking. They weren’t about advanced theory so much as seeing how fast I could reason under pressure.

I felt like the interview was chill overall, matching the difficulty level. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself didn’t feel hostile or unfair—just a compact screen where a few fast questions carried a lot of weight.
