My experience was hard to even get started, mainly because the process felt unreliable.

I had trouble getting scheduled for the first real interview after multiple appointments, and when the group-based part did finally happen it didn’t allow everyone to fully show their skills—there was a bit of a constrained dynamic that made it harder to stand out.

Once interviews progressed, the general format followed a classic sequence: an HR screen, then later rounds that moved into manager and partner conversations. Even when I did reach additional stages, the experience kept feeling more about logistics and structure than about genuinely assessing the work in a consistent way.
