Maersk Software Engineer interview experience

PunePosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two technical rounds with DSA-style coding problems, and the interviewers themselves were genuinely nice—especially after I’d done well enough to get positive feedback early on.

But the overall experience still didn’t land right for me.

After the second technical round, the HR communication went silent. I didn’t get a clear update, and there was no reply to email or calls. What made it particularly frustrating was that the process ended without the basic closure I expected after multiple rounds.

Timewise it felt like a complete waste, because even though the technical interviews themselves were okay, the lack of communication after the fact made the whole process feel unfinished.
