I went through a recruiter screen, then live coding, followed by a longer virtual onsite, but the scheduling and communication felt unclear.

Recruiter screen — a brief call with scheduling support.
Technical interview (live coding) — a live coding session.
Virtual onsite (~5 hours) — I joined extended team interviews, including additional technical evaluation.
Communication friction — I felt there wasn’t clear guidance about what the next technical round would be. Outcome: No offer—the takeaway was that even when I could perform, unclear round logistics added unnecessary stress.
