MexicoPosted Dec 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a four-call interview process that emphasized experience goals, domain knowledge, and frontend-focused engineering skills, and one version even resulted in an offer.

Experience + long-term goals — I discussed my background and medium/long-term goals with an EM-style interviewer.
Frontend code challenge — I completed a frontend coding task.
Domain expertise — I covered domain knowledge relevant to the role.
Architecture / reusable component design — I worked on architecture and designed a reusable web component.

Outcome: One experience led to an offer, and the takeaway was that strong frontend architecture and component design were central.
