My Lyft interview process started with a take-home assignment, and that was followed by multiple virtual interviews focused on product case exercises.

The rounds built on each other, so by the time I reached the end, the evaluation felt stacked.

The final stage was especially intense: multiple interviews in a single day, going through a mix of product and behavioral case discussions. It felt like they were trying to assess both my product judgment and how I handle different kinds of interaction back-to-back.

I didn’t get an offer. What I remember most was the sheer volume toward the end—by the time the day was over, it was clear that performance under time pressure and mental switching was part of what they tested.
