Toronto, ONPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The recruiter reached out and the process moved quickly into a case-and-loop style set of interviews.

I went from scheduling straight into the ML case, then a business case, along with coding and behavioral interviews. It all felt coherent—like they were assessing both how I think with data and how I handle a structured business problem.

After all the interviews happened, I received an offer, then there was a negotiation period that lasted a few days. Ultimately I accepted. The overall experience felt positive and decisive for me, and I remember finishing the loop feeling like the work I did in each round actually mapped to what they were evaluating.
