I had a really good rapport with the recruiters and felt like I was a strong fit for the role.

The overall experience felt friendly and respectful, and I walked away from conversations feeling understood.

Still, I didn’t end up getting the offer, and what bothered me most was how long it took—about a month from start to finish. On top of that, the feedback that I eventually got wasn’t clear, so it left me unsure how to improve in the parts that mattered to them.

In the end, the lack of clarity stretched out the uncertainty for too long. I appreciated the friendly tone, but I didn’t like finishing with unanswered questions about what would have changed the result.
