Toronto, ONPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through all the interview rounds—HR, a technical screening, product sense, a business case, algorithm live coding, decisions live coding, machine learning, and experience interviews.

The loop was extensive, and it felt like they were measuring a lot of different dimensions rather than just one technical skill.

After completing everything, the company still chose another candidate. Even though I finished the entire process, there wasn’t a sense that the outcome came with much detail or explanation, so it was more of a hard stop than a meaningful close. I remember feeling that the effort was substantial, and the result didn’t feel fully commensurate with how far I’d gotten.
