San Francisco, CAPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a take-home assignment that included SQL coding and a case study question, which immediately set a high technical bar.

After that, I had a technical discussion with the hiring manager.

The final part of the loop was extensive: I went through five rounds that covered technical coding, stakeholder management, and a process improvement round, plus another technical round based on my experience. The whole thing took about four weeks end to end, and while I did end up getting an offer, it still felt like the hardest work came from the take-home and the amount of technical depth they expected across multiple conversations.
