Palo Alto, CAPosted Aug 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied through a referral link and heard back from a recruiter within about two weeks.

The first step was a recruiter conversation where we went over my work experience and the projects I’d done. After that came a technical screening that was centered on probability and business-case thinking.

That probability piece and the way it was framed with a business angle made the screen feel more applied than pure theory, and I spent time making sure I could talk through my reasoning clearly rather than just compute the numbers. The process felt fairly structured, and overall the difficulty was on the higher side for me, largely because the questions leaned on statistical judgment.
