I received early emails that moved me into the testing and video-interview phase before I spoke with a person.

The early steps made me pretty nervous because the process required me to complete everything online first and only then did I get brought in for a human conversation.

When I finally got to the live interview, I was told the job description wasn’t fully accurate and that my experience didn’t match what they actually needed. It was a quick pivot from having completed the earlier hurdles to realizing the role itself wasn’t what I thought I was being evaluated for. That mismatch left me feeling like the process didn’t connect the screening outcome to the real requirement.
