My experience involved multiple stages on a test platform—about four stages in total—with the final stage described as a physical meeting with selected candidates.

The confusing part was timing: they had recruited people earlier than I received earlier stage notifications, yet the portal still stayed open for sending mail to the next stage.

So I was left dealing with awkward sequencing and mismatch between what I was seeing and what the company had already acted on. The difficulty was average, but the main problem was the coordination.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my reflection was that the process felt out of sync, making it hard to know where I actually stood.
