LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) Software Engineer interview experience

It took a noticeable amount of time, and I expected at least some form of follow-up since the work was substantial.

But I didn’t receive a response afterward, and it left a feeling that the effort was wasted because there wasn’t even a basic screening or acknowledgement. The difficulty seemed average in terms of effort, but the process felt poorly handled.

I didn’t get an offer, and my reflection was that spending time on assessments without any communication afterward was the hardest part of the experience.
