I did an online HireVue-style stage that included eight scenario-based questions.

Each question came with unlimited preparation time, but I had only about three minutes to answer, which made the pacing pretty intense.

What surprised me was how independent of company knowledge the scenarios seemed to be—they weren’t expecting me to understand the company beforehand. The difficulty landed as difficult for me because the time limit to answer quickly after preparing was mentally demanding.

I didn’t receive an offer. My reflection was that the structure rewarded clarity under time pressure more than raw technical recall.
