LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) Software Engineer interview experience

The setup allowed unlimited preparation time, but it was only one chance to record, so I had to plan carefully before each response.

The intent felt strongly culture-fit oriented, since it was framed as strengths-based and focused on how I’d fit rather than on deep technical probing. The difficulty was average, largely because the constraints were more about communication pressure than hard coding.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my reflection was that the format measured composure and clarity in a way that felt different from traditional interviewer-led screens.
