Right after I applied online, the company reached out quickly.

The phone screen was typical, and the recruiter was very pleasant.

The part that left a sour note was what happened after: there was no further communication at all. I thought it was frustrating that they used automated systems to reject resumes and then didn’t send a form rejection even after an actual phone screen.

The difficulty felt easy, but the silence afterward made the whole experience feel incomplete. I didn’t receive an offer and ended up moving on.
