Lpl Financial Consultant interview experience

No offer

Easy

Negative

Charlotte, NCPosted Jun 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The people I interacted with were nice, but they seemed pretty overworked.

What really made me unimpressed was how much information was missing before I showed up.

There were several items that weren’t communicated properly, including the number of hours per week required and what I needed to bring to the interview. This was for internal communications, so I expected at least a baseline level of clarity.

The process was described as very easy, but the poor communication made it feel messy and frustrating. I didn’t move forward to an offer, and that gap in details stayed with me.
