I started with a recruiter call, and I had the next interview scheduled within a day.

This was for their Launchpad program, and the interview itself was on Teams with two interviewers.

They asked a few technical questions, but there was no coding component at all. After the technical portion, the conversation shifted into behavioral questions. Overall it felt average difficulty, and I left feeling like I had answered within the scope they were aiming for.

I didn’t receive an offer. My reflection was that the process was fairly light on technical pressure—since there was no coding—but still required me to be clear about my background and how I approached problems.
