Lowe's Home Improvement Frontend Engineer interview experience

I talked with HR, and they asked just two questions. The first was about how I would handle a rude customer, and the second was what I’d do if I witnessed a customer stealing.

After I answered, they moved very quickly—there wasn’t a multi-round technical gauntlet after that. I was hired on the spot. The whole experience felt extremely easy and efficient, and honestly it didn’t feel like the kind of process where deep technical evaluation happens. Still, it ended fast and decisive, and that simplicity was the standout feature for me.
