My interview journey started with a larger group session where about 15–20 people came in based on their resume and video submissions.

After that first stage, they narrowed it down and selected roughly 5–10 people for one-on-one interviews.

That second step was the more difficult part of the experience for me. It wasn’t just a casual conversation anymore—it felt like they were actively trying to learn more about me in a more direct, personal way. Even though it progressed beyond the initial group screening, I didn’t end up getting the role.
