I had a really casual, open interview that barely lasted more than a quick chat.

It felt simple from the start, like it was mostly just confirming I was available and interested, and then talking through the basics of the role. The whole thing took around 5–10 minutes, and I wasn’t made to feel like I was being “tested” so much as talked to.

A few days later I got a call and it was a straightforward result—I’d been successful. The timing matched what felt like a low-drama process: I heard back quickly and the vibe stayed calm the entire time, with a friendly manager atmosphere throughout.
