Santa Barbara, CAPosted May 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I first had a phone call focused on my interests and background.

Then I went on-site for interviews that covered general Java, concurrency, and object-oriented concepts. There were also a few pseudo-coding exercises on a whiteboard.

What helped was that the room felt friendly, and people actively supported the discussion—at least enough that I wasn’t just dropped into questions with no help. Overall it was a positive day, and it made the experience feel more collaborative than purely adversarial, even though I didn’t end up with an offer from that round.
