My interview journey felt smooth from start to finish, and it even included a face-to-face round.

The overall vibe was genuinely positive, and the conversations felt like a real discussion instead of a checklist.

At that stage, I went through a technical-managerial style round where the discussion stayed focused and practical. I didn’t feel like I was being thrown by unclear expectations; it was more about walking through my thinking and having a back-and-forth.

Even with that good experience, I didn’t receive an offer. I came away feeling that the exchange was thoughtful and respectful, and that was the main takeaway—though it didn’t ultimately translate to a hire.
