I applied online and then waited about two weeks before a remote interview was scheduled.

The interview was focused much more on personal fit with the team than on technical details. I went in expecting more hard technical questions, but that never really came.

After the discussion, I was told I wasn’t selected. What stood out to me was that the person on the team explained the reason as being technical and followed up with feedback, rather than leaving me guessing. It felt polite and direct, and I appreciated that clarity even though I didn’t get the role.
