Marietta, GAPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed at a mass hiring event at a hotel with roughly 300 people attending for multiple roles.

I was split into a smaller group based on the job I was there for, and I interviewed with two people.

Because it was an event setup, the interview itself felt fast-moving. I got to discuss my background with those two interviewers and then waited about a month for the result. Despite the busy environment, I left with enough confidence that I’d made a good impression.

I ended up receiving an offer. My honest reflection was that, even with a big crowd around, the interview felt personal enough—like the team was still focused on fit, not just moving people through.
