Denver, COPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a resume-focused conversation with the hiring manager and then another round that felt like resume grilling with the project lead.

It was pretty straightforward overall, but it demanded that I could speak confidently about my experience.

The questions were heavily tied to how I communicated and how I framed my projects. Even when they dug deeper, it stayed grounded in my background—what I’d done, why I did it that way, and what impact it had.

I received an offer, and my honest reflection was that the process didn’t reward memorized answers. It rewarded how well I could explain my decisions and maintain a clear, professional thread throughout the conversation.
