My Littelfuse process dragged on much longer than I expected.

I started earlier in the year and then had my last interview around mid-March, but the overall timeline kept going until at least May because my expense report was paid out later.

By the time I reached the end, it felt like HR went quiet after my final interview. Even so, the process stayed open for me for a while because I kept hearing that I’d receive feedback no matter what. Looking back, it was hard not to feel like I should have taken the hint when the communication never really came.

Over ten different people interviewed me, and the conversations stayed technical and role-focused.
