Littelfuse Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Hard

Negative

Quezon, San Carlos CityPosted Apr 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience with Littelfuse felt disappointing and unfair at the end.

The interviewer for the engineering department came across as rude and unenthusiastic, and the tone made it hard to feel like I was being evaluated seriously.

What hurt most was that the interviewer also lied about moving to the next stage. After that, I never heard back again—no contact, no explanation, and no follow-through.

I never made it to a successful outcome. The process didn’t feel like it ended properly, and instead left me with the clear impression that communication and basic professionalism were missing when I needed them most.
