LinkedIn Software Engineer interview experience

The behavioral portion was mostly centered on my resume, my projects, and what kind of work I’d be doing if I joined.

Then the interview turned strictly technical, and I was asked a LeetCode hard problem. It felt like a tough screen—less about discussion and more about reaching a correct solution under pressure—and by the end I didn’t feel like I had the momentum I needed to clear it. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the overall experience left me feeling that the hardest part was the jump to the harder coding level right after the recruiter stage.
