My experience ended up being long and frustrating, mainly because it involved repeated ghosting.

The first stage was an easy but practical coding question, and I received good feedback from that. Based on that momentum, the process jumped to a director-level interview.

That director round was difficult in a different way: the person was hard to communicate with, and the discussion didn’t feel smooth or productive. In the end, the application was strongly rejected. The disappointing part wasn’t just the final decision—it was how drawn out and inconsistent the process felt along the way.
