LinkedIn Software Engineer interview experience

The team came across as very friendly, and the overall experience had no obvious friction points—nothing stood out as negative feedback, and nothing made me feel blindsided.

I received an offer, which made the experience even more positive, but what I remember most is the human side: the conversations felt comfortable and respectful rather than adversarial.

Looking back, the easiest part to write down is that it just went well for me—both in how it was run and in how it ended.
