I got a call from the recruiter for a technical phone screen where I was told to expect two DSA questions.

The first round ended up being two problems, one involving a linked list and the other involving binary search.

The format was fairly direct: two core data-structures/algorithm challenges, and the expectation that I could solve them during the call. I didn’t receive an offer.

What stuck with me most was how quickly the bar was set. There wasn’t a lot of fluff—just two targeted questions meant to test fundamentals, and that simplicity made the outcome feel very tied to how well I performed in the moment.
