Sunnyvale, CAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter call that felt quick and pretty low-pressure, I got pulled into an OA.

The OA had two coding questions, and I was then scheduled for a virtual round with the hiring manager. That virtual stage combined one technical discussion with one behavioral component.

Overall it felt pretty chill, and the recruiter was very responsive whenever I had questions. I ended up getting an offer just a few days after the final steps, so the process had a nice, fast rhythm from start to finish. What stood out most was how smooth everything felt compared to the effort I was putting in—once I got to the recruiter and virtual rounds, it just moved along.
