My interview process felt very informal and low-pressure.

The hiring manager was friendly, and the conversation started with me sharing my resume. From there, they asked questions that were directly based on what was written there—my experience and qualifications, essentially treating the resume like the map for the discussion.

It didn’t feel like a test of obscure knowledge. The atmosphere was more conversational, and I left feeling like the interviewer was trying to understand my fit using the information I’d already provided.
