Lexmark International Account Executive interview experience

MelbournePosted Jun 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a travel-style setup with two interviews in one city and another in a different one.

The conversations were friendly and relaxed, and it felt like everyone in the room was genuinely contributing rather than performing a scripted sequence. The questions were well thought out and seemed to have been prepared in advance.

Even though the format stretched across different locations, the tone stayed consistent. I felt like I could answer naturally and explain my thinking without feeling rushed. By the end, I had a clear sense of whether the role fit, and the process ultimately moved to an offer for me.
