Lexmark International Account Executive interview experience

The recruiting portion took about eight weeks: I spoke first with an internal recruiter, then met the hiring manager, and later talked with a senior director. Everything felt straightforward—nothing surprising or especially difficult.

What frustrated me came after I’d already received the offer. It took roughly four more weeks to complete the internal hiring steps needed to reach my start date. Even though the interviews didn’t feel challenging, that waiting period dragged on enough to make the whole experience feel unnecessarily difficult in the end.
