Lexmark International Software Engineer interview experience

Lexington, KYPosted Sep 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruitment company contacted me first and did some preliminary screening before routing my application to the employer.

After that, I had one phone interview, and then I traveled to Lexington for in-person interviews.

The on-site experience involved both a one-on-one interview and a panel interview. Travel and hotel were covered by the recruitment company, which helped remove some of the practical stress of doing an on-site loop.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Even though the logistics were handled well and the travel support was a plus, the employer still didn’t select me after the in-person interviews.
