Lexmark International Software Engineer interview experience

HR and the interviewers came across as very accommodating and respectful, and the whole environment was professional.

I ultimately interviewed with three managers in the manufacturing area. They were detailed but also helpful, and the interviews went well overall. They felt intelligent, motivated, and driven, and that energy made the conversations easier to follow instead of feeling like I was being interrogated. Even though I didn’t walk away feeling like the process was effortless, the tone was consistently positive, and that left me excited about the company’s direction.
