My interview was behavioral, and the interviewer didn’t seem to follow a structured list of questions.

Instead, it felt like the questions were improvised in the moment, and I could tell they were being formed as the conversation went along.

The prompts were a little unusual—things like being asked to tell them about my life. The overall vibe was conversational, but it left me guessing what direction the interviewer would take next, especially compared to more tightly planned behavioral interviews.
