Lexington, KYPosted Feb 2010 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I began with an email interview where I answered questions about object-oriented concepts and differences between C++ and Java.

After that, I had a phone interview that covered similar themes but went deeper, adding more detail to my earlier answers.

The final step was a face-to-face interview with four people, including a manager. The manager part was mostly general conversation, while the other interviewers were more technical—one focused on system design and how I’d design a system, then introduced changes to see if my design could handle new requirements. Another interviewer drilled into Java and C++ specifics and was more detailed overall.
